The Concept 20-23's aerodynamic design features extend from its 3-door hatchback body-style, with bold front and rear aerodynamic elements. These elements, including deep skirts, efficiently channel airflow to cool the brakes and enhance performance. The front of the car presents a sleek, clean surface, housing distinctive LED headlights that contribute to its friendly appearance. On the side, muscular wheel arches envelop large wheels with low-profile tires, complemented by vented louvers to minimize air resistance. Angular slits on the rear wheel arches enable cooling of the rear brakes. The extended skirts along the car's lower portion enhance its overall aerodynamics. The Concept 20-23's exterior features a textured grey finish, imparting a sense of ruggedness while reflecting its urban environment. The number "23" proudly adorns the car's rear three-quarters, commemorating Nissan's two-decade presence in London. While Concept 20-23 is primarily an exterior concept, its interior design embodies sporty sophistication. Scissor doors provide entry to the cockpit, where deep bucket seats offer both support and comfort. The driver is greeted by an extended steering column with a rectangular sports steering wheel, replete with controls and adjustments.
