In the city’s Dnipro district, the facade of a high-rise building was damaged, and a balcony on the 6th floor caught fire, officials said. At the time of their arrival of fire departments, eight cars were burning in the yard of the building. "As of 06:00, a total of 51 casualties have been reported, including six children,” officials from the Kyiv City Military Administration said on Wednesday morning. “The oldest person affected is 80 years old, and the youngest is 5. All were provided with medical assistance," the report reads. They said a kindergarten building was badly damaged in the strike.
