A designer has created a luxury submersible shaped like a fish that can reach the depths of the ocean.
Dubbed The Deep Sea Dreamer, the yacht is the creation of California-based Steve Kozloff Designs and is designed for couples seeking ultimate privacy and an intimate connection with the ocean.
The innovative vessel is capable of descending to depths of up to 100 meters, allowing its occupants to enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean's depths through a large observation bubble.
Upon resurfacing, The Deep Sea Dreamer boasts a substantial deck area of 227 square meters, perfect for relaxation and entertainment under the sky. The interior luxury extends across two levels, totaling approximately 139 square meters of living space. This includes a generously sized salon, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy viewing area in the front observation bubble, ideal for enjoying the oceanic vista in comfort.
The lower main deck welcomes guests into a space of opulence and privacy. The panoramic observation salon, with its glass floor and comfortable recliners, offers a unique perspective on marine life. The dining area provides an intimate setting enhanced by the surrounding seascape, while the gourmet kitchen is equipped for the preparation of exquisite meals.
The master suite offers a sanctuary of tranquility, featuring a private bathroom and ample walk-in closet space for rest and rejuvenation. Additional guest accommodations ensure a comfortable stay for companions, each with private bathroom facilities. The inclusion of a laundry facility on this deck ensures that guests can enjoy uninterrupted relaxation, taking care of all their needs without any hassle. Navigation between decks is straightforward, thanks to the watertight elevator and an alternative ladder tube, ensuring fluid movement within this remarkable submersible abode.
For those who prefer a fully submerged experience, the Deep Sea Dreamer can travel silently on electric power for up to 100 miles, allowing for deep exploration without disturbing marine life. Stationary stays on the seabed for up to seven days are possible, thanks to the onboard batteries, providing a unique opportunity for seabed serenity.
Docking flexibility is a key feature of The Deep Sea Dreamer, accommodating both traditional surface anchoring and submerged mooring options. The yacht's design prioritises stability and safety, ensuring a secure experience in various sea conditions.
