Unlike smartphone applications, BMind seamlessly integrates into any bathroom, allowing users to assess their mental states and select recommended exercises and activities to improve their moods. BMind collects information without the need for intrusive technology and assists users in incorporating mindfulness practices into their daily routines, even helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness through an immersive experience utilising light, sound, and visuals. BMind utilises Generative AI for conversation and coaching interactions, as well as Natural Language Processing (NLP) for sentiment analysis.
