Caption: Just Cause: Mobile is officially not happening. Eurogamer report that development of Square Enix’s long-delayed mobile game which never fully launched since its regional early access in November 2021 has officially bitten the dust. Unveiled way back in December 2020 when it was billed as a free-to-play action shooter, the game, set in the Just Cause universe was due to feature single player, four-player co-op and 30-person competitive multiplayer modes. Just Cause did manage to get a release in Singapore as a regional early access title in 2021, it hasn’t however managed to get much further than that, thanks to being hit continuously with delays. And now Square Enix’s brand lead Anne-Lou Grosbois-Favreau has confirmed the cancellation news. ”It is never easy to put forth an announcement of this nature, especially to our fans who have been awaiting the release. We sincerely appreciate the support you have given us.” THIS VIDEO MUST NOT BE EDITED FOR LENGTH TO COMBINE WITH OTHER CONTENT
