Caption: New voice reporting feature from Xbox will combat toxic in-game voice chat. Eurogamer report that Xbox box released the new feature on 12 July in a bid to keep chat nice and cool while playing online. Available to Xbox Insiders, the feature allows players in a game to capture/recored 60 seconds of any in-game voice chat, which can then be sent for review by the Xbox Safety Team. That team will then be able to evaluate the user report and call the shots is policy violation has taken place. The stealthy move can also be made with minimal disruption to play. Any captures will exist for 24 hours, during which time players can take their time to decide if they want to send a report or not after the 24 hour limit however, any captures will be deleted and gone forever. After the test period with Xbox Insider for the new feature, it will head on out to Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, The UK and the US.
