Headline: UNCAPTIONED: MrBeast sues his food delivery partner

Caption: MrBeast Sues His Food Delivery Partner. YouTuber MrBeast, aka Jimmy Donaldson, filed a lawsuit against Virtual Dining Concepts on July 31, NBC News reports. The suit claims that the company hurt his reputation by serving "low quality," "inedible" food. Donaldson partnered with the "virtual dining" brand to open MrBeast Burger in 2020. Customers could purchase MrBeast Burger's food from restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout the U.S. via food service apps or the company's website. Menu items were available "for restaurants to prepare out of their existing kitchens as a way to generate a new revenue stream," according to the MrBeast Burger website. But according to the lawsuit, , "Virtual Dining Concepts was more focused on rapidly expanding the business as a way to pitch the virtual restaurant model to other celebrities for its own benefit, it was not focused on controlling the quality of the MrBeast Burger customer experience and products.". Customers' orders were "delivered late, in unbranded packaging," failed "to include the ordered items, and in some instances, were inedible," according to the lawsuit. Images of Donaldson and MrBeast-related trademarks are also reportedly being unlawfully used by Virtual Dining Concepts. Ultimately, the lawsuit suggests that "MrBeast's reputation and brand has, indeed, been materially and irreparably harmed". Additionally, the burger company has still managed to generate "millions of dollars," but "MrBeast has not received a dime”. THIS VIDEO MUST NOT BE EDITED FOR LENGTH TO COMBINE WITH OTHER CONTENT
