Don't drink alcohol every day, Not drinking alcohol every day will give your body some much-needed time to rest and recover. "The less you drink, the better for your skin health." Halt the salt, Try to avoid salty foods when you are drinking as it could negatively impact your skin. The expert warns: , "The salty food and nibbles that often accompany the tipples and hangovers can also create water retention, leading to puffiness in the face, so it's worth considering what you eat!". Don't forget to remove your make-up, Although it is often a tiresome job at the end of the night, your skin will thank you for removing your make-up.
