The legendary rapper and producer received the Hollywood Walk of Fame's 2,775th star on March 19, 'Billboard' reports. Also in attendance were Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Eminem, Jimmy Iovine and more. Upon receiving his star, Dr. Dre said, "Growing up in Compton, I never imagined that I would one day be represented here among some of my childhood heroes.". "I've been fortunate enough to make a living doing exactly what I love to do. How about that? Isn't that the dream?", Dr. Dre, via statement.

After leaving N.W.A, he went to work

was launched in 1996.
Last year, Dr. Dre was named the
greatest rap producer of all time by 'Billboard'
