Megan Thee Stallion's lawyer responds to harassment lawsuit. Emilio Garcia, who allegedly worked for the Hot Girl Summer star between 2018 and 2023, filed a lawsuit against her in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday. In the complaint, Garcia accused Megan of hostile work environment harassment and alleged that he was trapped in a car with the Savage rapper while she engaged in sexual acts with an unidentified woman in Ibiza in June 2022. Responding to the allegations, Megan's lawyer Alex Spiro described them as an attempt to "embarrass" his client publicly. ”This is an employment claim for money - with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court.” Garcia is also suing Megan and her management Roc Nation for a number of labour violations. After the alleged June 2022 incident, Garcia's pay structure was allegedly changed to "a monthly flat-rate to a pay-per-task" arrangement despite his hours and workload staying the same. He was allegedly denied overtime pay or breaks. Elsewhere in the lawsuit, Garcia also accused the 29-year-old of fat-shaming him. His lawyer Ron Zambrano said in a statement, "Megan just needs to pay our client what he's due, own up to her behaviour and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat-shaming conduct.” “Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman. 'Inappropriate' is putting it lightly. Exposing this behaviour to employees is definitely illegal.” THIS VIDEO MUST NOT BE EDITED FOR LENGTH TO COMBINE WITH OTHER CONTENT
