Headline: Project Dagger has officially come to a close
Caption:
Eurogamer report that studio People Can Fly has halted development of the struggling game. The reason they gave is that the commercial potential for Project Dagger was “unsatisfactory”. Project Dagger was previously described as a new action-adventure IP. Before closing, it had been in development for approximately 3.5 years. Take-Two Interactive were initially attached to the project to be the publisher. Take-Two pulled out in 2022, leaving People Can Fly with the rights to continue development. People Can Fly Boss Sebastian Wojciechowski said at the time, ‘we strongly believe in Project Dagger’s potential’.
