Netanyahu faces an International Criminal Court arrest warrant for alleged war crimes in Gaza where more than 60,000 Palestinians have died since October 2023. Trump has never served in the military, receiving five deferments from the Vietnam War draft, including a medical exemption. In 2015, Trump famously criticized POW Senator John McCain, saying he was “not a war hero.” Past reports suggest Trump disparaged deceased service members, though he has denied those claims.
