The star is officially single again, according to court documents obtained by People. The ruling fell on Britney's 43rd birthday, on 2 December, and is the legal conclusion in Britney and Sam's divorce, which was finalised in May this year. The couple separated in July 2023, just over a year after they married. Sam, 30, filed for divorce in August 2023, citing irreconcilable differences. They met in 2016 when Sam worked on Britney's Slumber Party music video. “The divorce was amicable and the prenup was not challenged. Britney is continuing to flex her freedom and is moving on." a source told People earlier this year.
