It is imperative that he receives the help he desperately needs.” After the alleged assault, an ambulance was reportedly called to ensure Fulton was ok, but she didn't want to be taken to hospital. Following Weston's arrest on Wednesday, he was released on $150,000 (£116,000) bail. The Sun reported that this was paid by his father, Nicolas Cage. Fulton, 57, and Cage, 60, began dating in 1988 and welcomed Weston in 1990. They never married, and broke up in 1991. Fulton said in 2011, "I am the one that raised Weston.
