The rapper has recalled her reaction to when the Love Story hitmaker invited her to appear on the remix of her 2022 song Karma, which was released in May 2023. Ice recalled of the moment during a new interview with Rolling Stone, "I was living in my first apartment in Jersey, and (producer) Riot was there recording me. I remember my manager called me, and he usually texts, but he called, and he's like, 'You ready for this one?' And I'm thinking it's going to be some bad news or something."
