Ed Sheeran's Indian street gig stopped by police. Sheeran was performing the second of two gigs at the Bengaluru’s NICE grounds venue on Sunday but aimed to give fans a free treat by going back to his busking roots on the streets ahead of the concert. However, police officers had other plans and pulled the plug while the British musician was performing his hit Shape of You. The Thinking Out Loud singer took to social media to state that he had received prior permission for the outdoor set. ”We had permission to busk btw, hence us playing in that exact spot. All good though. See ya at the show tonight x.”
