According to Eurogamer, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is off to a great start, boasting its best launch in the franchise and receiving widespread acclaim. However, developer Saber Interactive isn't slowing down. The studio has committed to addressing numerous fan-requested fixes, prioritizing connectivity issues first and may even consider adding a field of view (FoV) slider if there's enough demand. This information comes from a detailed message to the community on Steam, following Saber’s recent call for fan feedback on priority areas for improvement. The message also tackles the issue of bot teammates, as players have noted that their lack of effectiveness makes solo gameplay "significantly harder.” Saber's post covers much more than just those two topics, including a promise to adjust the Veteran difficulty in an upcoming patch to assist solo players struggling with the challenges by the bots. ”It will remain challenging, but it will be slightly more fair because we will tweak AI aggressiveness on this difficulty.”
