Joe Jonas admits raising daughters is 'so different' after growing up with brothers. The Jonas Brothers star shares two little girls, Willa, five, and three-year-old Delphine, with ex-wife Sophie Turner. During an appearance on the Good Hang with Amy Poehler podcast on Tuesday Joe opened up about how parenting daughters is "so different" for him after growing up with brothers Kevin, Nick, and Frankie Jonas. "Boys are so different than girls. I’ll watch my kids on the playground and it's, like, delicate. And then this kid will be like, 'Ahh!' And dive off the top of the slide. And you're just like, 'That is a boy.’". Host Amy, who shares two sons with ex-husband Will Arnett, agreed with the popstar's take, joking: "Your frontal lobes close later”. And in response, Joe recalled how his mother, Denise, was the "boss" of the Jonas household for many years. "We had a superstar mom, we still do... Growing up, we needed a loud voice like her to be able to control us and also make sure that we weren't pieces of s**t.”. Meanwhile, Nick offered his thoughts on the best part of working with his siblings. "There is a built-in safety net. They need nothing from me and I need nothing from them but just real connection, love, and respect.”. “We're family, like we're blood, so it hits different. It makes every high super high and every low a little easier to navigate. The mundane stuff in between becomes even more fun."
