In a separate post, he revealed that the tattoo needed "44 needles", and that he had a "spiritual consultation" with Roxx before the work was done. In an interview with TMZ, Roxx explained that the 33-year-old felt his previous tattoos no longer resonated with his current mindset and were “chaotic”. She added that MGK, real name Colson Baker, was the "toughest client she's ever had" and the tattoo was "one of the biggest she's done in such a short time”.
