Ismanah Joce from The Silk Garden in Swansea, Wales, creates beautiful, decorative, floral wedding day installations made out of discarded dresses and fabrics thrown away by bridal shops. She then combines them with foliage foraged from her local area and leftovers from her flower store. The idea behind the project is to combat waste from the wedding industry. “There are these gorgeous pieces of fabric, it seems so awful to put them in the bin. I wanted to find a way to make the waste useful.” says Ismanah Joce.
