Ozzy has shared the 2022 surgery went "drastically wrong" and had left him virtually “crippled”. The 74-year-old star was famed for his energetic performances with Black Sabbath, but has only taken to the stage a handful of times in the past few years. In 2020, Ozzy revealed he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and common symptoms include slow movement, stiff muscles and involuntary shaking of muscles. Ozzy, who was recently given the Icon Award at the Rolling Stone UK Awards, has admitted he isn't sure if he will ever make a return to live shows. ”I’m taking it one day at a time, and if I can perform again, I will. But it's been like saying farewell to the best relationship of my life. At the start of my illness, when I stopped touring, I was really p**sed off with myself, the doctors and the world.
