Caption: UK Regulators approve Microsoft’s Activision Blizzard deal. The Verge reports that the giant acquisition is indeed now clear to close. The $68.7 billion deal has been a hot topic for almost 2 years with UK regulators being the last hurdle before the merger could complete. Most recently in the case Microsoft restructured the deal to transfer cloud gaming rights for new and existing Activision Blizzard games to Ubisoft.
