Paramount Reveals Premiere Date for Second Half of 'Yellowstone' Season 5. The second half of the final season of 'Yellowstone' will air on the Paramount Network on Nov. 10 at 8 p.m. ET, Deadline reports. Different premiere dates and times are set for countries outside of the U.S. Taylor Sheridan's hit series has been on hiatus since January 2023, and rumors about Kevin Costner's departure have been in constant circulation. Costner recently told 'People' that as those rumors swirled, he was disappointed that nobody "ever stepped up to defend what it was I actually did for them". "There came a moment where I thought, 'Wow, when is somebody going to say something about what I have done versus what I haven't done?'" According to Costner, the show was first pitched to him as "one season and a long movie," but it ended up getting extended. Costner said he'd stay on for three seasons but "ended up doing it for five". When the show was on hiatus, Costner felt he could've been more productive. "There was a moment where that show for me stopped for 14 months… That's the fact. I could have done a lot of things in that time, but I wasn't aware that that [hold-up] was going to happen." "I've always felt that…It might be an interesting moment to come back and finish the mythology of this modern-day family." , Kevin Costner, to 'People'. "And if that happens, I would step into it if I agreed with how it was being done … In the very end, I couldn't do any more for it than I had already done.", Kevin Costner, to ‘People’.
