Dice rolling issue delays Baldur’s Gate 3’s Patch 7 closed beta. Eurogamer report the delay to the Larian Studios game is official. Initially set to launch on 22 July, the developer discovered a last-minute bug impacting passive rolls, causing the postponement. The team is working on a fix and aims to release the beta later this week. This highly anticipated seventh patch brings over 1000 fixes and enhancement. Key updates include the introduction of split-screen play and mod support, new Evil Ending cinematics, and the addition of Honour Mode mechanics to Custom Mode playthroughs. The patch also promises clearer instructions on using soap, improvements to UI, artistic and animation adjustments, and writing and flow refinements. Players can expect Patch 7 to be available to everyone in September.
