The singer-songwriter, who uses both she/her and they/them pronouns is set to release their fifth studio album, The Great Impersonator, on 25 October. "My 5th studio album "The Great Impersonator" coming October 25th. I made this record in the space between life and death. And it feels like I've waited an eternity for you to have it. I'll wait a bit longer. I've waited a decade, already." Halsey noted the album is now available for pre-order. The Without Me hitmaker has already released three singles from The Great Impersonator, including Lucky, The End, and Lonely Is the Muse. Upon the release of The End in June, Halsey revealed she had been suffering from a number of health issues including Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder, the 29-year-old wrote at the time "Both of which are currently being managed or in remission; and both of which I will likely have for the duration of my life. After a rocky start, I slowly got everything under control with the help of amazing doctors. After 2 years, I'm feeling better and I'm more grateful than ever to have music to turn to."
