The Royal Mint's latest commemorative coin can't buy you love - as it honours The Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney. The coin features Sir Paul's famous multi-coloured Magic Piano - which he has had since the mid-1960s, when it was decorated by the pop-art collective BEV. It also includes several references to his storied music career - including piano notes personally chosen by Sir Paul, 82, a Höfner Violin Bass guitar and the logo of his later band, Wings. The design was officially approved by music megastar and marks the first time he has appeared on an official UK coin. Sir Paul says: "This feels like a huge honour. It's not anything I would have ever expected to happen when I was a kid." The £5 coin collection is available in a range of finishes, as well as coloured editions.
