The multi-hyphenate, who is hosting and performing at the annual music awards show later this month, shared another photo of her face without the ice pack, revealing a nasty gash on her nose. She added, "During @amas rehearsals." In a follow-up post, Lopez revealed that her cut was severe enough to require stitches.
