New York Attorney General, Letitia James and the New York City Democratic Mayoral Primary candidate, Zohran Mamdani participate in the New York City Pride March which started at 11am, taking place from 26th street and 5th avenue marching south on 5th Avenue, then west on 8th Street, and continuing on Christopher Street, passing the Stonewall National Monument. The march is a celebration and demonstration for LGBTQIA+ rights and is expected to draw millions of spectators and participants. The theme for this year's march is "Rise Up: Pride in Protest", according to NYC Pride.
