Travis Kelce 'wishes' he could go to the Grammys with Taylor Swift. Travis Kelce has confirmed he won't attend the Grammys with Taylor Swift because he's "got practice”. The Kansas City Chiefs player will be preparing for the Super Bowl instead of going to the prestigious award ceremony with his girlfriend. ”I wish I could go support Taylor at the Grammys and watch her win every single award that she's nominated for but I think I got practice on Sunday," he said on The Pat McAfee Show. ”Unfortunately, I gotta get ready for this big ol' Super Bowl we got in a week.” The Grammys take place on 4 February, which is a week before the Chiefs play the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII. It’s not known whether Taylor will attend the night on her own or bring a friend as a date. The 34-year old is nominated for six awards, including Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album. The Bad Blood singer is due to perform in Tokyo on 10 February, but it's believed she will fly back to the US to support Travis in the Super Bowl on 11 February.
