Prison Architect 2 delayed until May. Eurogamer report a two-month delay to the game has been announced by publisher Paradox Interactive. The jail house management sim sequel now has a release date of 7 May. The games developer, Double Eleven has made the request for ‘extra time to identify more bugs and further optimize the game.’ Prison Architect 2 is sequel to the original which was developed by Introversion Software, they however sold the rights to Paradox back in 2019, and now Double Eleven are taking the helm. Back in January, when Prison Architect 2 was officially announced, it was promised that the new game will be a reimagined full 3d take on the prison management formula. Still set to launch on PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 those keen to play just have to wait it out a little longer, until 7 May.
