Headline: UNCAPTIONED: Mythen Electric Vehicle Smashes Acceleration Record

Caption: Members of the Academic Motorsports Club Zurich's (AMZ) Mythen vehicle shattered the world acceleration record for electric cars. After a year of relentless effort by students from ETH Zurich and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts they finally achieved their goal. In the skilled hands of driver Kate Maggetti, the car accelerated from zero to 100 km/h (zero to 62.15 mph) in a mere 0.956 seconds, covering a distance of only 12.3 meters at the Switzerland Innovation Park in Duebendorf, Switzerland. Mythen's record-breaking performance was officially confirmed by Guinness World Records. The use of lightweight carbon and aluminum honeycomb materials allowed the race car to weigh in at just around 140 kilos (309 pounds). Additionally, the vehicle boasts a remarkable power output of 240 kilowatts, approximately 326 horsepower, thanks to the students' creation of four-wheel hub motors and a special powertrain. This is not the first time that the AMZ team has set a world acceleration record for electric cars. They previously accomplished this feat in 2014 and again in 2016. However, their records were later broken by a team from the University of Stuttgart. With Mythen's latest achievement, the world acceleration record is back in Swiss hands, and the ETH Zurich students are determined to maintain their grip on it for the foreseeable future.
