Your goals will guide your workout plan.” Create a dedicated space. Having a dedicated space for your workouts can help you feel motivated, and it means that you won't have to keep moving things out of the way every time you want to exercise. ”Designate a specific area in your home for workouts. Having a clutter-free, comfortable space can help you stay focused and motivated.” Plan your workouts. Planning your workouts will help you to stay organised and on target. ”Structure your workouts with a clear plan. Decide on the duration, frequency, and types of exercises you'll do each day. A typical routine might include cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises.” Daniel also recommends strength training exercises that include everyday household items: Backpack Rows: Fill a backpack with books or other heavy objects and use it for rows. Water Bottle Bicep Curls: Use filled water bottles as dumbbells. Chair Step-Ups: Step up and down from a sturdy chair or low table to work your legs.
