Caption: Payday 3’s first patch is finally here. Eurogamer report that the heist-shooter 1.01 update has arrived on all platforms. Developer Starbreeze were initially dropping the patch back on 5 October, that obviously didn’t happen with Starbreeze then delaying release until mid-October, sighting reasons to ‘ensure its stability and again, that date didn’t happen, simply led to an ‘indefinite delay’. Starbreeze explained that the Payday 3 dev team had ‘identified some issues that need to be fixed’. All the delays led to quite a significant slump in numbers of players, so, it’s got to be good news all round for the arrival of 1.01 and its huge amount of improvements and changes.
