"Smith's unapologetic and groundbreaking style choices have dominated the industry in 2023 and we are incredibly grateful for their continued support of U.K. designers.” Other winners on the night included Michaela Coel, who was presented with the Leader of Change award and Paloma Elsesser, who was crowned Model of the Year. Meanwhile, outgoing British Vogue editor-in-chief, Edward Enninful, collected the Trailblazer award former Alexander McQueen creative director Sarah Burton won a special recognition award and Valentino Garavani, the founder of Valentino, was bestowed with an outstanding achievement award.
