Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets, with First Lady Melania Trump, delivers remarks during a ceremony with Russian and Ukrainian representatives in the Grand Foyer of the White House. The meeting brings together Russian and Ukrainian representatives to discuss humanitarian efforts following a six-day ceasefire brokered with the involvement of First Lady Melania Trump in the Russian-occupied city of Oleshky in southern Ukraine's Kherson region, which allowed humanitarian aid deliveries and the evacuation of nearly 800 civilians.
