Fishermen from Teichgut Peitz GmbH sort the fish they·ve caught while harvesting the carp pond. The Peitz fishermen manage about 860 hectares of pond area and plan to harvest about 300 metric tons of carp and other edible fish this year. The origins of fishing in Peitz date back to the 16th century.
