Campaign group Defend Our Juries held a peaceful protest outside the U.S. Consulate in Edinburgh. Part of a wider coordinated action under the banner Lift The Ban, the demonstration took place ahead of a UK Supreme Court appeal against the proscription of Palestine Action, with organisers arguing that pressure from the Trump administration influenced the UK Governments decision to ban the group following an incident in which Palestine Action protesters spray-painted Trumps golf course in Scotland.
