Palestinian families bid farewell to the remains of 105 Palestinians whose bodies were recovered from beneath the rubble of the Al-Taj residential area in Gaza City. The victims were killed in Israeli airstrikes on October 25, 2023, when residential buildings in the Yarmouk area were destroyed. Gaza Civil Defense teams recovered the bodies and remains after a 17-day search operation carried out in coordination with an Egyptian committee. Families gathered to identify their relatives and pay their final respects before burial.
