A wrecked patrol car is sitting in the street. A cyclist was struck and fatally injured by a police patrol car in northern Thuringia. According to police, the 35-year-old was riding his e-bike on a street in the town of Urbach (Nordhausen district) on Thursday evening when the accident occurred
