People queue at a National Police tent to receive assistance and report war crimes after a Russian drone attack, Dnipro, Ukraine. On Wednesday night, September 9, Russian drones struck the eastern Ukrainian city. The attack caused fires at warehouses storing building materials and at a private house. Rescuers freed three people, including a 15-year-old boy, from the basement of the damaged home. A 51-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman were taken to hospital.
