A firefighter wearing a chemical protection suit is being decontaminated by a colleague outside Terminal 1 at BER Airport. Terminal 1 of the capital·s BER Airport was partially evacuated this evening due to a potentially hazardous substance. Passengers were asked to leave the building, according to a spokesperson for the Federal Police. The spokesperson said that a woman had told staff at the Federal Police service point that she was carrying a hazardous substance.
