Kyiv Regional Military Administration head Tymur Tkachenko, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, and Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine Denys Uliutin (L to R) participate in the presentation of the "Family Home" social service for orphans and children deprived of parental care, implemented with the support of the Olena Zelenska Foundation as part of the expansion of the Childhood Address project, Boryspil. The "Family Home" offers a home where orphans and children deprived of parental care who have not yet been placed with a family can live in conditions as close to family life as possible. The first residents will be children from the Boryspil, Velyka Dumerka, Voronkiv, Vasylkiv, and Myronivka communities of the Kyiv region. The region is the first of 12 pilot regions where the updated service will be introduced.
