The Tysiachovesna (Thousand Springs) Initiative of the President of Ukraine is implemented by the Ministry of Culture and the Office of the President. It is designed to foster the creation of new, high-quality Ukrainian cultural products, with up to UAH 4 billion in state support allocated for its implementation.
