An amateur astronomer is setting up her telescope on the rooftop terrace of the Gasteig Cultural Center to observe the partial solar eclipse over the city skyline later on. According to the German Weather Service, when the partial solar eclipse is visible over Germany this evening, weather conditions will be ideal for viewing it almost everywhere at that time.
