Deputy Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Ukraine Katrin Buchholz (L) participates in the handover of modern machinery to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service units to boost emergency response within the Strengthening State and Municipal Emergency Management in Ukraine project, implemented by GIZ on behalf of the German Government, August 7, 2026.
