Using self-propelled modular transporters (Self-Propelled Modular Transporters, SPMTs), the shell of the new Sternbrücke·a 108-meter-long, 21-meter-wide, column-free arch-and-beam structure·is being transported along the specially prepared roadway of Max-Brauer-Allee. On Thursday, the transport of the new Sternbrücke to its destination at the intersection of Stresemannstraße and Max-Brauer-Allee continued.
