Nils Ismer (left), a veterinarian and zoo owner, examines one of three puma cubs. Contrary to earlier assumptions, they are not all males, but rather two males and one female. The three were born on June 6, 2026, and spent their first weeks of life inside the birthing box, according to a zoo spokeswoman. The puma trio is now also spending time in the outdoor enclosure with their mother.
