A pelican chick tries to figure out how to jump over a small fence in St James's Park. Six great white pelicans live in the park and this is the first time that they have successfully had babies. Four young pelicans hatched several weeks ago and have already grown to adult size, and they are now venturing outside the secluded nesting area
