President Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine does not currently have a sufficient number of PAC-3 missiles for its Patriot air defence systems to repel large-scale Russian attacks involving more than 70 ballistic missiles. As reported, the death toll from Russia’s latest combined missile and drone assault on Kyiv has risen to 22, with emergency response operations ongoing at seven locations across the capital. Search-and-rescue efforts remain underway at two sites in the Darnytskyi district, including the scene of a destroyed nine-storey apartment building and nearby private homes.
