Rescuers from the State Emergency Service stand by an overturned calcinated car during a response effort to a Russian attack. In the afternoon, Russian forces launched two ballistic missiles at the city centre. The attack partially destroyed a one-storey office building, damaged warehouses, shattered windows and damaged the facades and roofs of nearby residential buildings, and set four cars on fire. At least 15 people were injured, including a nine-year-old child.
